I have purchased a set from homey design through USA furniture warehouse in September 2021. It’s been almost 9 months and I still have not received my set that I paid almost $11,000 IN FULL. I was told if I paid in FULL I would get my set sooner. Not only have I still not received anything from them… no one even cares to respond to me. Rude and did not follow up for my damage chairs. Will never buy or recommend this business. And I think this is just an online furniture because the warehouse does not exist.

We called many place for gold dining set every store said we have in stock accept USA Furniture Warehouse told us dining set available till 3rd week of November. I place ordered from other store more than 7 weeks nothing and nothing, I called direct to manufacture to verify they told us this dining set new arrival item no available at any store in USA. I called USA Furniture Warehouse to place order and thanks for honest. Customer services great and willing to help you with any items you saw from other store.
