You will notice that any bad review, they reply and claim it isn't from a client...well I was a client and I was treated horribly by this company. They kept my $7500 and delivered nothing and tried to blame ME. They actually lectured me on why I didn't want to switch my banking relationship over...after I had only signed with them because they assured me they could secure a 250k LOC for me that "had no strings attached".
I have never been so poorly treated by a company and its leadership. Ralph and John claimed that they could help me secure a Line of Credit for my business with no strings attached. They took a sizeable fee and then presented a loan offer that had significant strings attached! After that fell through, they grew combative and stopped being on my side, even though I was their client. John and Ralph treated me really poorly. Talk about overpromising and underdelivering...this company is a middle man to loans. They don't control the process. Definitely better to go directly to a bank...
John and his team at USA Funding are top notch. Their attention to detail and perseverance in getting the best deal is second to none. And you’re not just another client to them, they make you feel like they genuinely care about what happens to you. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
