Same as other reviews, have an issue with this company and try to get in contact with them and cannot. My prints of son's college football pictures arrived creased and I paid too much money for bent photos. They are sent in flimsy paper envelope with 'do not bend' stamped on it . Lol, that is hardly going to keep them from being bent. Put a little more money in your shipping method to ensure they don't bend, you surely charge enough to spare a few cents more on cardboard and postage !!!
