Great quality flags at a reasonable price.
I had ordered 2 flags and one was fulfilled in error. I contacted customer service and promptly, a replacement was ordered to match my initial order. In the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, the email and order numbers for mixed up. BUT... to their credit, USA Flag contacted me and confirmed the order and checked to see if I had gotten it.
