Does not respond to email or phone calls. Not terrible customer service, but a complete absence from customer service. Voice mail claims they are out of the office and will return three weeks ago?
I went to a school and got a loan through these clowns, and they send the bill every month on the 16th. The bill is due on the 15th. The rude lady will call, and she gets pissed for asking questions. Like the other reviewers, I had the same experience. Don’t go with these freaks. They love harassment calls. Not worth. Luckily, I’m done with the loan soon.
I pay my bill on time and I get a call every month. I answer it I’m available and it I’m busy I don’t pick up. The lady that makes the call is progressively getting ruder towards me. I don’t know what’s wrong with her, but she answers the phone half asleep all the time, gets mad when you ask her a question. I really would like to talk to her supervisor to let her know how rude “D” is.
company literally wont leave me alone . i said no a hundred times. they cuss you out talk crazy to you and say they will call again and again. i have obtained a lawyer
