Pass experience was very good but my last experience with mr. Brown I went in in February is now August and I still haven't got my glasses back yet I called him today August 26th and got a bad attitude over the phone about him being sick we all been sick at one point but since February I won't be doing any more business with mr. Brown if I can get my glasses wish I could get my money back and just be done with him all together.
Theodore, the owner, really cares about his customers and makes it his focus to make sure his staff delivers 100% satisfaction. Highly recommend!
