These people need to learn how to speak to customers. They are unprofessional and rude and come off that way. The lady that attended me was acting like she didn’t want to be there, maybe get a new job!!!
Lady who attended me on the phone was straight out DISRESPECTFUL. NO good at customer service. In fact she needs a class or 2.
