I really had hoped Sandra (Representative) wouldn’t have given me a hard time this morning. Please higher ups read this post, this is one of your employees, I’ve been a customer with the national city branch for 2 years and never had any issues with Juan, Monica or Alondra! These people need to learn how to speak to customers. They are unprofessional and rude and come off that way. The lady that attended me was acting like she didn’t want to be there, maybe get a new job!!!
Lady who attended me on the phone was straight out DISRESPECTFUL. NO good at customer service. In fact she needs a class or 2.
