I went in today on 01-30-2025 , and I did my taxes it was quick and easy the district manager was working and she was very polite. She helped us all the way through the process , I would highly recommend doing your taxes through them the tax advance was quick and easy, we got it the same day . Thank you so much Cindy for being a helpful and polite friendly person. And a awesome district manager.!!!!! Thanks for the awesome experience..

This is the worst place of business I have ever been to, they have terrible customer service and are terrible when it comes to any fraud situation, I was just in this location yesterday and was disrespected by all employees because of their previous fraud situations, all employees need to be retrained Asap

Horrible experience for my brother today. He went in there to cash a check from work and because his job was closed there was no one there able to verify his check. My brother is always understanding but The lady became very rude and annoyed with my brother. Definitely would not recommend this branch and you should take your business elsewhere where you can get good, respectful customer service.
