I don't understand why they provided such terrible customer service. If you don't like working with the public the don't. I shouldn't come up to the window and great you with no response back, then be told it's going to be awhile with no response as to what I should do. I shouldn't have to read their mind to figure out what is going on. I said thank you and goodbye to which again got no response. No need to bring that misery to your work place. Like they say treat others how you want to be treated!
