On Tuesday July 19th, I contacted USA Bus Charter for a quote for a limo bus for my wedding September 19th, 2022. I spoke with them on the phone and was told I would be sent an email with information that day. I also reached out to many other companies for the same thing that day. Booked a charter with this company and had to cancel due to COVID-19. Spencer Martin (email states that he is the CEO) stated that I would receive a refund within 45 "business" days. After the time lapsed Spencer promised me every week that the refund check was in the mail. At one point he tried to short me $100 for administration fees. Once I showed him in the contract where I cancelled 60 days prior to the trip... he stated that they would give me a full refund. I booked a 56 passenger bus with Chuck L for the Nov. 3rd Seahawk game. A 47 passenger bus showed up! He bragged up his company and buses like no other. Now he will not return my calls or emails. A very very shady company.
