Bought my perfect dress here at the perfect price! Staff was helpful and nice.
Loved the dress but the customer service was terrible. Being new to all this they were not helpful at all and made us pay extra because we didn't take dress off floor ( that had been stretched and missing some beads from several girls trying it on). Also made bridesmaids pay extra 20 dollars for rushed order when the initial conversation we were told it was plenty of time waited 4 weeks then called us and told us they would not be there in time if we didn't pay extra. I would not recommend them!!!!!!
I truly am grateful and thankful for the wonderful people at bridal warehouse in Louisville, Ky. They defiantly went above and beyond to make sure I got the dress of my dreams. Thank you so much. I am grateful.

I wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to Bunny at Bridal Warehouse for being so friendly and helpful today helping us pick out my sister's wedding dress. The experience was special and much better than the first place we visited. Will refer future friends(brides) to Bridal Warehouse. Thanks again Bunny and all the employees!
**UPDATE** I feel it is necessary to update my review! My initial experience at Bridal Warehouse was great! They truly helped me find my perfect gown. However, I ordered my gown in July of 2016. I was told it would take "up to 6 months" for it to come in. So when I didn't hear from them in December, I called and was told it would be here in January. No big deal, right?? Well I didn't hear from them in January, so I called again and was told the dress would be here in February...Continue Reading
Not friendly. They act like they did not want to be there. I had to pick out my dress and put it on. Very poor service. Go to David Bridal very professional service
