I look through many of these reviews and I wish I would have had the same experience. Mine, however, was anything but good. I called to make an appointment back in May of 2021 with the Elizabethtown store. I was told that I could call the store a couple of days before the appointment to ask about certain styles I had looked at online to see if they were in stock.
