worst company ever..., Please NEVER use them. There messaging help service does not work and their notary people do not show up for appointment times. Never again.
This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I was attempting to set up a notary service for my cleint in the Philippines. Keep in mind I notarize over 1000 documents in a year for my small business. My credit card was charged as I was attempting to set up a notary session. The browser inadvertently closed and I never received confirmation nor did my client. It was an awesome service which help me to get my notarized documents within few minutes while i am outside of US. I am happy i chose US Virtual Notary.
I got my document notarized by them and then the State Department told me it was invalid to be apostiled. I paid $80 and I still have to get my document re-notarized.
I got what I need and its easy to book it. The staff I spoke to was polite and great. They respond quickly via email if you have any concerns prior to your appointment.
