Very easy process, if you have questions you can call a local number and get ahold of the person in charge directly. No hassle pickup, the lot is a quiet neighborhood near LAX. Dropoff was even easier, park on the street and leave the keys. The price was the same or near as the big chains, but the communication and ease of use makes it a much better deal. Definitely will be back if I need to rent a passenger van in the future.
I booked a van rental on short notice (2-days). From the beginning of the transaction, Harris, Mo, and Al were great to work with. Communication was clear and consistent whether through text, email, or by phone. They were flexible and understanding working with my group and our unique pick-up and drop-off needs.
