Rented a van for 4 days and got the better one than the one we had booked. Was a great experience and definitely recommended this place for van rental.
This place is a bunch of scammers. Took them two hours to pick us up at the airport. Then had to drop the driver off and swap van in a parking lot in the rain. Get a Paper receipt for $1000 They changed my card 1385. Price online was 845. Call them and ask said it was a security fee. Which they already charged 400 for a booking fee and said it would go towards my payment. And still Charge me 1385 at the end of pick up. They’re very close to LAX, which made everything super convenient. Communication was easy—they responded quickly to my request. The price for a large van was also very reasonable. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience.
10/10 would recommend this company when you’re in LA looking to rent a vehicle! We rented a 15 passenger van and the whole process was easy, and stress free. Harris was very helpful, kind and communicative whenever I had any questions. We will definitely use this company again when we return to LA in the future.
