Best service fair pricing always available on time the only rental service i will ever use
Gas tank half full. Felt like a criminal being processed for probation. Upon return (even though web site says opened), would not come out and receive the vehicle. Was told to take pictures and send in. Was told to park van in front of gate and then rebuked via text of why I parked and blocked the road. Stick with a named brand rental agency. Never again.

Made a short notice booking in order to go to Coachella. As we needed a 12 seater van, Mason was the only one I could reach quickly. He was on time to pick us up at the airport and everything was spot on with the drop-off too. Had no issues with the van. Mason is a great person to deal with too which isn’t a less important fact. Will definitely rent again next year.
we recently booked a minivan from this company and it was definitely a good experience.. very easy to deal with.. no non-sense policies. from pick to drop off it was easy, Mo even went out of his way to drop us off at the terminal. we highly recommend this place and will be a returning customer if we are going to be around LA🫡
