RIP OFF artists! STAY AWAY! After 6 years and $14k (seems like that is thier favorite asking price) later, i get no responses, my tax debt has quadrupled and im stuck without many options. I too have been abandoned by this group. I wrote a review every year which they would bully me into taking down with teh promise that they would help me again. Still nothing. They have refused to refund any of my money and no longer respond to emails. DO NOT USE these con artists if you need help
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. For Four years they have failed to perform for me and have only caused me to incur more tax penalties and interest. They negotiated nothing on my behalf, failed to stay in contact with me, and ignored my demands for an accounting. Basically I have been abandoned.
