They were ok for a few years, but this year maybe they took on too much work. They said that they would take 4 weeks to provide a draft and then refused to give an ETA even after that. Canadian taxes have to be filed earlier than the US taxes and it was super weird to get a brusque reply instead of a reasonable ETA. Hardly professional. Anyways, glad to have found better services, even though I had to scramble last minute.

My wife contacted Peter (Mark) to complete our US tax documents for our STVR in Hawaii. She initially asked him to do both of our taxes then when she realized that because hers was a NIL return, she could easily do hers herself and mail it in (which we have already done). Being that mine was more complicated, we decided to have Peter do only mine.
