Been trying to get ahold of Felicia for days and there store goes straight to VM now I can amend my taxes and get the amount I’m actually owed would NEVER recommend this place to anyone
I had Felicia do my taxes on February 15th and I've just got in the runaround since no updates I've called multiple times nobody's returned my call until I threatened to turn them into the government or whoever we have to directify the situation and then someone called me back and hung up as soon as I hit the answer button worst place in the world for doing taxes. Please be aware of using Mr. Flores fraudulent business practice! I and two other colleagues employed his services to do our taxes: 1040A short form. His fees for completing my short 1040 A form were $799. on a refund of $1.400 So, the actual refund I received from the IRS was $600.00 I tried several times to get Mr. Flores to refund the money he stole from me, but he would not respond to my messages.
