Called to make an apt. for my 2018 income taxes to be completed. I was rushed off the phone, when I had just 2 questions. The man said he was currently with some clients, only after I inquired about him interrupting me when I was answering the question(s) that he asked, and that he seemed in a hurry to end the call. Wouldn't I be a client too? If he's too busy to speak to the person calling (me), then have someone else answer the phone, put me on hold or offer to call me back.
