I am extremely disappointed with the service, communication, and professionalism we experienced with Ann Fields of U.S. Tax Express. Ann Fields was hired and PAID to handle my friend’s prior-year tax returns. We have text messages from Ann specifically stating that his tax returns for 2016 through 2025 were completed. Based on that representation, he reasonably believed that all of the outstanding returns had been taken care of. That turned out not to be the case. I have had the pleasure of having Hunter as my accountant doing my taxes for the past 10 years or so with US Tax Express. Although I have moved out of the Charlotte area, I still utilize the services of Hunter and his team.
