The person I spoke to said they would get back to me in a couple days about delivery date and then didn’t hear from him so when I reached back out he had returned the product for no reason. When I called back no one could tell me why it had been returned and the company I purchased it from has no received it back. Horrible customer service. Both Chloe and Lauren were not helpful and Lauren was rude.
Never got item purchased on Amazon even though appointment made with UP Special and CEVA Logistics. CEVA was 3rd party contracted by Amazon. Does not matter now that Dohrn bought UP Special and they will wipe this review most lilely.
Excellent customer service and reasonable rates
I have received shipments of cabinets for them and the drivers and always helpful and hard working. A+
