Edit: RIP USSD. CHE Terminal was unceremoniously shut down by Dohrn in April of 2025, abandoning decades of relations with loyal customers in an entire region. --- A great company to work for that actually treats you like a human being. My past experiences with many trucking companies is, they take away your name and they give you an employee number and that's your new name. Here? The person I spoke to said they would get back to me in a couple days about delivery date and then didn’t hear from him so when I reached back out he had returned the product for no reason. When I called back no one could tell me why it had been returned and the company I purchased it from has no received it back. Horrible customer service. Both Chloe and Lauren were not helpful and Lauren was rude.
