Our rep Ricardo (for an SBA loan for one of our clients) is fantastic. However, he has no power, and the SBA department handling the loan dosent even have a phone number that he can call. He expressed to me today that his hands are tied and he has no control (and that all he can do is communicate to me what they email him when they feel like responding). Sba can someone within the sba take responsiblility of bank returns for businesses and get us funded.
What's sad is that SBA made it appear as if they were helping with the PPP and the Targeted Advance EIDL but they rejected so many applications but approved fraudulent applications. My application was denied for reasons unheard of. They would say you marked a question incorrectly knowing that was not the case. Everyone I spoke to had the same exact problem.
