Our rep Ricardo (for an SBA loan for one of our clients) is fantastic. However, he has no power, and the SBA department handling the loan dosent even have a phone number that he can call. He expressed to me today that his hands are tied and he has no control (and that all he can do is communicate to me what they email him when they feel like responding).
