NO ONE EVER RETURS PHONE CALLS
Inefficient and government bureaucracy at it's best. Even the other positive reviews are typed identically so not sure I'm buying any of the 5 star ratings.
My experience with the SBA was slow-understandable in the midst of a pandemic. I was super happy with the person who helped me. She went above and beyond when it would have been easy to only dismiss my situation. If the SBA reads this, look up my info and find the lady who helped me, give her a raise and a week off. Truly a person with a helpful heart
Absolute junk! Full of corruption! Full of bribery! They throw wheelbarrows of money at big businesses who have fancy lawyers and know how to game the system. But they walk over the little guy and won't even loan ten thousand dollars. And they string you along for months, even years and make you jump through hoop after hoop and make you feel hopeful and then BAM! they crush you with a denial. The SBA is a joke.
