It's good and very low interest rate, but you have to setup auto pay every year. I set mine up as soon as I got it. And next year It was gone. My friend had gotten one before me and told me to check. He didn't check his and defaulted on the loan so since it is government can take money from out of your account and your taxes without going to court
Unfortunately I was told as a veteran in Texas their lenders will not do business with me.
