The absolute worst service. Very rude and slow.
Have been trying for over 2 months to speak to someone and when I finally did they hung up on me. Terrible service!
Don't answer phone. Leave messages no response. Horrible service
This company has been rude and disrespectful since day one. I am shocked that they are allowed to attempt to ruin your credit score when you pay. But do not call or insure you are contacted prior to. When their system is setup incorrectly. I have to use my wife's ssn and my name to access online. I would highly recommend seeking funds elsewhere.
