There is no point to their existence! Absolutely useless office and group of people! I was scammed out of money by a foreign scam-artist posing as a duct cleaning company. Aside from the snarky remarks he hurled my way once inside my home, the biggest catalyst was him doing a bait and switch and wouldn't leave until I at least paid their mysterious "service fee" (which was NEVER disclosed by the company during the initial call). For months now they automatically disconnect your call after getting past the main menu on their phone system. These seems to be by design.

The Small Business Administration doesn't care about people. I am 70 years old fraud has been done against me. The Small Business Administration turned this into my social security on a loan I never made. My identity has been stolen 2 times once with my social security check and now someone took a loan out under my name I never made. I have been trying to get this straighten out but the Small Business Administration won't return calls.

Not open like it says they are. Can't get an actual person to talk to. Horrible experience. No one to help. Will never work with them again.
