Thanks SBA for denying my disaster application for the devastating Helene damage in Western North Carolina. I lost work, family member, all bridges to my residence, my road is washed, water damage in my floor and roof. I have documented damage, validated my home location with the SBA yet your excuse for denial is that this is not my primary residence, then please tell me where do I primarily reside?.... oh I get it delay and deny!
