The experience that I have had on multiple occasions is horrible. I would think that after several years that the service from the Small Business Administration of Baltimore MD. Would have gotten a little better ! No one answers the phones anymore ! WHY ARE THEY STILL BEING FUNDED IF THE SERVICES AREN'T BEING PROVIDED ON A CONSISTENT BASIS AT THIS POINT !!!! IS WHAT I'LL BE ASKING PUBLIC OFFICIALS !!!!!!!

Very unprofessional and evasive about re-disbursement of funds. Rude and hung up on us.
I have been awaiting an EIDI and EIDI Supplemental Re-Disbursement for over 6 months. I was already approved but changed my bank account. None of the customer service people can give an update or indication about when the funds will be released or re-disbursed. I requested that a Supervisor give me a call concerning the matter. No supervisor ever called! If we conducted business like this we would have no business. No help what-so-ever.
