I, honestly, wish that I could give less than one star. This office is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. I have tried several times over the years to get assistance with my businesses and have almost never received a reply and they never answer the phone. Do these people actually do anything or are they just collecting a paycheck? The SBA can be an extremely helpful resource, but it appears as though the people at the New Orleans SBA office don't care about the harm that they are causing. Never unswer the phone
First the location has moved to 500 Poydras st. in the Federal building! I learned this the hard way after paying $10 for parking at Canal Place. Then I drove to Poydras, paid for parking again only to find a sign on the door stating to call for assistance. Call the number. You can find it online! Let it ring a long time. Leave a message. Someone will respond to you with a call back.
