Lucas was truly a lifesaver. After an extremely delayed flight and missed connection to Fort Myers, Orlando airport was a huge letdown for a rental car at 2am. In an attempt to call an Uber to head home, Lucas pulled up to our rescue. Exhausted family of 4 with A LOT of luggage he crammed us into his smaller SUV but then decided to stop and switch to his more comfortable van for the 3-hour trek south. Lucas provides great transport service. He is prompt and easily scheduled to pick us up after our 8 day cruise. We pre-paid for the ride from the cruise port to the airport and Lucas showed up on time as promised.
