Driver refused to pull up to the receiving dock. He forced my employee to downstack a pallet from the truck to the ground on the side of the building that is farthest from the receiving dock even when asked to at least pull closer. This downstacking caused damage to multiple products that were being shipped to us as well. Would give 0 stars if possible, I do not recommend.
