I have plenty of time to write this review but, I won't. I've been on hold for over an hour now. I went to the "ask a question" page and found the exact question that I wanted to ask myself. It wasn't answered. The last time an answer was given on that page was 5 years ago. Yes, 5 years !!!!

We have been on hold for over an hour waiting for service that would take 5 minutes or less. I find it hard to believe you have that many people that you are serving.

Ever since its been closed due to the pandemic, ive tried calling, first time i called a really rude woman got on the phone and hung up once i asked for her name and told her i was going to report her, now everytime i try to call NO ONE ever answers ive been on the phone for 2 hours max.
