The office is very helpful and is open to the public, the temporary closure is incorrect since the office was only closed to the public during the pandemic like the rest of the country.
I use the self service option and it didn’t recognize my mom husband info or her info this service sucks they take a long time to answer the phone and the website should produce award letters to eliminate all this fuckery🤬
Yesterday we went to the RRB in Tampa, FL for information regarding my upcoming railroad retirement. Our representative was Tatiandra Williams . Tatiandra is professional, knowledgeable & pleasant. In addition to her work with the RRB, she has experience working for social security and a military background which was very helpful in our particular situation. Please share this review with her. Making an appointment and trying to get through on the phone can be difficult.
They are always helpful......IF you can get a representative on the phone!!! I have tried for days to call about my fathers death, and have sat on hold for hours at a time!!!
