Absolutly pathetic!!! I selected the "call back" option and waited the suggested time. When the call came, the woman said something unintelligible and then disconnected. No further call back...back to square one with very little hope of ever getting through. Are we supposed to go break their door down to get service???

In what universe does the RR retirement Board have the right to NEVER EVER answer the Phone . .It is hard to fathom such a Boldly in your face attitude. My name is Patrick M Greene, Have spent 4 hours on hold . .

Worst organization ever, but not surprised since it’s ran by the government. Won’t answer phones and forget filing paperwork and expecting a timely response. You would have better luck with a faster response by putting the paperwork in a bottle and tossing it into the sea. Stay away from railroad jobs the benefits are out of date.

Trying to get paperwork for county. No answer on phone, no directory to leave messages. Moved and can't get my address changed. Very urgency time limit to get my paperwork from them. Is there a fax number that works?

Does anyone even work here? Over an hour on hold. Trying to apply for sickness benefits, I'll be applying for death benefits before someone answers the phone!
