The wait time for talking with a representative is absolutely the most frustrating time. Why is there not a phone number to contact a local representative? Or with today’s technology, at least have a message stating to leave a number so your call can be returned in the order it was received!
Can not get anyone to answer the phone. Over 1 hour and a half, finally had to give up.

Worst company ever to try and get your benefits. The railroad used to be the place to work and they would take care of their employees but now they don't care at all. Don't ever work for them you will regret it!!
I don't believe that anyone works in this office. I've called multiple times and stayed on hold for hours at a time, but haven't reached a living human yet....
