Purchase recliner from Cincinnati Lazy Boy which the recliner will not lock back. Called US Quailty for warrant service. 5 times US Quailty failed to show. The first appt I had to take time off from work, when US Quailty called saying the worker was sick. Took over a week to reschedule the 2nd appt, took time off from work only to have appt cancelled again, the worker got hurt. The next 3 appts were cancelled on the appt date with little explanation. NEVER do business with these people!!!! This company has the most unreliable tech, poor communication, and terrible customer service. A tech was supposed to come fix my couch. I was given a window. I waited at home during that window. The tech never showed and didn't even call. The excuse was "he needs more time for the job". The next time, same window, and I also waited at home for three hours again. Tech didn't show. I now see many other reviewers have experienced the same absence of service. I’ve already inconvenienced my family & employer twice over the past month just to receive same-day cancellations and no call/no show technicians. Complete scam - no part of me believes this is a legitimate business.

Same issue as other people's complaints, no show TWICE and didn't give any notice. Complete trash.

Chris did an excellent job fixing my couch. He was courteous and professional and it only took 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.
