Called and left a message. No call back. Called 3 times after and it just rang and rang.
I had a 330 appointment and was told to just wait a few minutes and Frank would be right with me. At 4:00 a nice family came in and he told them to have a seat that he was running behind. At 430, an hour past my appointment he tells me that he cant help me today, i would need to reschedule as he was double booked. All this after waiting 1 hour past my appointment.
I had my taxes done by a Hays and Company and they completely messed them up. So I brought what Hays & Company did to US Public Tax and had them redo them. My husband owns 2 businesses and I have my W2 so our taxes are a little harder then most. US Public Tax did great and they know how to do farm taxes right. If you have difficult or easy taxes US Public Tax Service is the place to go.
