Poor customer service and the worst representatives I've ever worked with nobody knows anything they all give different contradicting information they never transfer you to the correct department its like a running joke to just misrouted calls everytime there's an issue you literally spend the entire day attempting to get it corrected
Can never get ahold of anyone when I call the 800 number.
