Ben is very rude and not friendly person. Doesn’t want listen to customer! Interrupt them and sending to supervisor.
Fast and Efficient Service! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to get in and out of the Ago Park post office. No long lines, no waiting—just a smooth, efficient experience. I was able to mail my package in less than five minutes. Definitely a huge improvement compared to the usual long waits! Highly recommend this location if you’re in a rush.
I rarely leave reviews, but today’s experience at USPS left me speechless—and not in a good way. The people working here are so rude and condescending. I greeted them and they weren't even polite enough to say hi. There was a delivery attempt that I needed to resolve and they were not at all helpful, just rude and condescending. I can tell you hate your job, no need to take it out on other people.
The guy there named Lawrence is the rudest person on postal offices I have dealt with. He hates his job.
