This is about a particular Front Clerk #12 and not the entire post office. This must be the second worst experience I have ever had at the post office, and I would rank it as the worst customer service experience overall in my LIFE. The young woman at the Will Rogers Branch, located at 1217 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90403, as identified on both of my receipts as Clerk #12. The worst customer service (?was she a real postal worker?) —and unreliable service. I took my dmv registration in on an early week day —2 days before it needed to be postmarked. DMV just sent me a letter regarding a late fee due to it not being postmarked by the due date. It doesn’t even look like/seem like/function like a legitimate post office at this point.

This year there is one female staff member in this office giving the worst customer service ever seen, so unprofessional. The other staff members are ok. If I want any additional explanation I just go to the USPS at 7th Street and get it all done with super helpful staff there.
