Last week, I found myself in a bit of a pickle when I realized I had forgotten to mail a birthday card to my grandma in Slovakia. The main post office was closed, and only Feve was working. It was almost closing time, and there were at least four people ahead of me trying to use the self-mailing machine. It works but they don't open until about 10:05 or whenever they feel like it. Even though they have a bunch of stuff in the back they like to make us wait a few extra minutes. Hopefully things change under the new administration to have more on time staff working for us the people. You can print your own postage for less from Pirate ship.com. never wait in long lines again, just drop off your package

Everyone at this location is lovely and so nice! 5 stars for the staff. But as for the timing: If you are a working stiff like me, hoping to drop your package off before the 9am shift starts, this ain't the place for you. It's the only business I've ever come across where the hours posted are *suggestions* instead of reality. Don't worry, you can always go on Saturday...that is unless your second job is on Saturday... in which case best of luck sucker!

I asked the clerk if 1 stamp (forever) was enough for a postal card and I give it to her; I was expecting her to measure it in the scale, and she hold it in her hands and said to me "this takes 2 forever stamps". I knew an extra once is Not an additional forever stamp, but just another 0.28 cents. I took it back went home a measure it in the digital kitchen scale. It weighs only 25g and that is less than an once. It took me another extra day to mail the postal card, just because at this office clerks are not professional. Af... read more
