Rude, unhelpful, Never again for me
The worst customer service (?was she a real postal worker?) —and unreliable service. I took my dmv registration in on an early week day —2 days before it needed to be postmarked. DMV just sent me a letter regarding a late fee due to it not being postmarked by the due date. It doesn’t even look like/seem like/function like a legitimate post office at this point.
This year there is one female staff member in this office giving the worst customer service ever seen, so unprofessional. The other staff members are ok. If I want any additional explanation I just go to the USPS at 7th Street and get it all done with super helpful staff there.
Last week, I found myself in a bit of a pickle when I realized I had forgotten to mail a birthday card to my grandma in Slovakia. The main post office was closed, and only Feve was working. It was almost closing time, and there were at least four people ahead of me trying to use the self-mailing machine.
