. “We had a very disappointing experience at this store. We brought back a clothing item to exchange it, but they refused without providing a reasonable explanation. Even more disappointing was the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff. They did not treat us with respect or seem to care about customer service. I would not recommend shopping here based on our experience.
I recently visited the U.S. Polo Assn. store at Katy Mills and was extremely happy with the service. I want to give a special shout-out to Jessica N. for her kindness and great attitude; she made my shopping experience so much smoother. Overall, both girls working that day were very attentive and professional. It’s a pleasure to shop at a place where the staff welcomes you with such positive energy. Highly recommended!
