I had accidentally paid 2x for my order. Syed responded quickly, looked into it, and had a refund issued back to my bank in 2 days. When I got home that day, the order was delivered well packed, complete and much sooner than expected. Thank you Syed, we will be In touch next time we need glaze colorants!

I received my order with a damaged package — one of the bags had opened and spilled the raw material. When I contacted the company, they simply told me to collect it and use it, even after I expressed concern about possible contamination. I was surprised by the dismissive tone and lack of responsibility. I expected a basic apology or some kind of solution, but instead felt that my concern was minimized. So, we typically order from them for the last few years. Typically we get our clay, not speedy, but consistent, good quality, getting a hold of them is typically challenging. Ordered clay in the early part of November 2024. Large order. (800lbs of clay) Jaunary comes around and we started looking into why we don't have the clay yet. I had an extremely disappointing experience with US Pigment Corporation. What started as a simple query about a discrepancy in shipping charges escalated into a series of rude and dismissive emails from their representative, 'Syed.' I use US pigments all the time. I've had nothing but great experience using this company. They have just about everything you need in clay, and chemicals and great knowledge. Highly recommend.
