I recently purchased a number of flags from this company as props for a short film. I was very happy with the level of customer service I received in regards to some delays that were not the fault of the business but USPS and customs. It was so refreshing dealing with a human being that was a diligent and helpful employee and not some AI. I would recommend these guys and will definitely do business with them if needed.

Worst company ever dealt with. Ordered a flag they offered, I didn’t customize it. I did not like it after receiving it. Asked them to return it. They offered me only in store credit no refund because it was “custom”. So I then proceeded to ship them the flag back, and I ordered a different one with my in-store credit. Never received it. Complete scam.

I bought some lapel pins from these folks. The service and quality are excellent. I will do business with these folks again. I do recommend them. I will give them the best advertising money can't buy, I will speak well of them behind their backs.
