Worst company ever dealt with. Ordered a flag they offered, I didn’t customize it. I did not like it after receiving it. Asked them to return it. They offered me only in store credit no refund because it was “custom”. So I then proceeded to ship them the flag back, and I ordered a different one with my in-store credit. Never received it. Complete scam.
I bought some lapel pins from these folks. The service and quality are excellent. I will do business with these folks again. I do recommend them. I will give them the best advertising money can't buy, I will speak well of them behind their backs.
Bought a "deluxe" flag pole from them. Not sure what their definition of deluxe is, but hanging a flag from this pole is like hanging a yacht sail from a toothpick.
I bought three 6x4 inch flags. Very impressed by the detail. Thank you!
