Looking for results? Don't waste your time. I called them on Thursday, the 31st of January to get information of filing a complaint. The unprofessional lady who answered the phone could not even tell me weather or not the complaint department was open. She then proceeded to tell me that she would find out and then call me back. She even went as far as repeating my number back to me. I waited, and waited, and waited. She never did call me back.
