10/10 —Above and Beyond! I cannot say enough great things about my loan officer Don. We went through almost a full year of trying to get this loan done. He went above and beyond every part of the process — patient, knowledgeable, supportive, and always quick to answer my questions. This was not an easy file, but he never gave up on me. Thanks to his dedication and hard work, we finally made it across the finish line. I’m extremely grateful and would give him 10 stars if I could!

These were my buyers lenders and they were HORRIBLE! We were told “all good to close”, closing scheduled, the day before they say they are having trouble verifying assets????? How can you be good to close if you haven’t even verified assets? Closing cancelled less then 24hrs before closing. Meanwhile my movers had already come and taken my stuff out of state.
