Be aware they have a lot of hidden fees..... The unlimited starter plan what they say including international data means it's not intended, it's included that you can pay extra $45 for international data On the unlimited plan what is supposed to be unlimited data and hotspot... It's not unlimited it's 100 GB data and 50 GB hotspot... That's what I know just from the first 2 months using US mobile

It took me (and I see others on the 'net) 5 hours with their customer service, trying to activate my US Mobile + Apple Watch standalone subscription. The activation was finally done, the cellular on the watch is working flawlessly, and they gave me a $1.00/hr credit toward my next month's cellular billing.

I am now (February 11, 2025, 2:58pm PST) into my 5th hours with their customer service, trying to activate my US Mobile + Apple Watch standalone subscription. The activation was finally done, but I do NOT recommend this company.

Pretty Pathetic; I ordered a phone 16 days ago and was promised I would have the phone within 2-3 business days. As of today, I keep getting "patted on the head" and assured I will receive my phone within another 2-3 business days. This is my 3rd experience using USM's chat agents which have been less than truthful. I'm canceling this order
