all messages that I sent to the support service are marked as if I sent them an hour ago. as soon as the operator joins the dialogue - he immediately closes the dialogue, and continues writing, and I can not answer him. they did this on purpose so that customers do not bother them with questions! they took the money and did not provide the service! there is no tracking number, I just paid somewhere and that's it, everything is gone!
I paid for the line and ordered home delivery. My personal account is empty! I tried to ask a question in the support chat - they immediately close the chat! This is a scam! Don't buy anything here!
If you're a customer of US Mobile, I understand you because I am too, since they offer the cheapest monthly plans. However, I've also learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. I enrolled in US Mobile’s free plan and plan to switch plans after 30 days, which unexpectedly caused me to lose the 30-day free trial. This was very disappointing, especially since there was no clear warning that changing plans would cancel the trial. When I contacted support, they offered me 2GB of free data as compensation, but I lost access to their $44 plan that I was expecting to use for 30 days.
