If you're a customer of US Mobile, I understand you because I am too, since they offer the cheapest monthly plans. However, I've also learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. I enrolled in US Mobile’s free plan and plan to switch plans after 30 days, which unexpectedly caused me to lose the 30-day free trial. This was very disappointing, especially since there was no clear warning that changing plans would cancel the trial. When I contacted support, they offered me 2GB of free data as compensation, but I lost access to their $44 plan that I was expecting to use for 30 days.
