I have nothing but positive experiences with US Mobile. They have the best customer service team in the industry. Anytime I needed anything from them, they respond back quick and very professional and polite. You can tell they truly value there customers and appreciate there business. Very satisfied with the service
My problem is not solved, and your service is awful, no idea how you guys are still in business, I'm porting out my phone number to a different carrier, I'm already on hold for over 2 hours waiting to speake with someone, my daughter is a special needs individual, and she can't send any text messages for over 2 weeks already, I was back and forth with customer service through chat and phone and I spend already hours on hold both on the phone and on chat
We recently switched 2 lines from Xfinity and couldn’t be happier. We pay 28$ for 2 lines…I mean that alone is HUGE! We had a rough time transferring our numbers and lost service on both phones in the process. What could have been a nightmare situation was handled by customer service. They stayed in a chat with me for over an hour getting everything right and in the end we have two phones, with a great plan, great reception, get great rates and above and beyond customer service. ZERO complaints!
I woke up this morning to a bad storm and no cell service. It took 4 hours, 3 people to finally tell me the service was out in my area. The FIRST thing I did was tell them there was a storm, and the 1st person said there were no reported outages. The hoops they put me through, they transferred me to a specialist who didn't do anything different than the first person.
