Poor data speeds in NYC, I often get less than 1 megabit per second download when in an area with people, and often can't connect at all. I've been at the airport trying to call an Uber or look at Google Maps directions and been unable to. Much worse than ATT even though I'm on Darkstar (ATT), I wish I never switched. Chat support is poor, phone support you wait on hold forever.
