Carriers beware! Cancelled an oversize load on us less than 24 hours before pickup time and refused to reimburse permits or pay tonu. Very unprofessional. I have never in all the years I’ve been in this industry had a brokerage refuse to pay for our permits when they’ve been the one to cancel the load.

Driver ATTENTION!! Be very alert when booking a load with this company ..I booked a load with them got to the shipper load wasn't ready when I got there. however shipper informed they was paying detention on the load. so I called US logistics was told after 2hr I would receive 50 a hr after ..long story short stayed there 5hr and was only offered 50 after a two day battle.. just be mindful when booking with US logistics
Did not pay my company for load L’s delivered I still have rate command all the receivers signatures that product was delivered in damaged .
