Terrible service
i did booked load 7/28/25 fife , WA to Ridgefield , WA i did got rate confirmation i did send driver information . i did called broker confirm we are good to pick at 2:30pm 7/29/25 . next i got email said at 9:53 am if we are good for pick up i did see broker email at 10:23 respond yes we are good for pick up . another a couple email received from ask same questions and i said yes and at 10:45am i did received email canceled load . reason they did not get respond for dispatch or driver. i did called driver to ask him if he d... read more
DO NOT TAKE LOADS FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!! They sold us a very cheap load promising it’s ready for pick up. Already had signed the rate confirmation and everything. When i arrived to check in and get loaded, the shipper said that it won’t be ready for 7-8 more hours and said they will call me when it’s ready. Over a day and 1/2 of waiting unpaid and my waisted fuel, I went inside to see if the product is ready coming to find out that the product was being loaded into someone else’s trailer that took the load for less. Worst broker in the business. Booked "palatized" load with them , it took all day to get loaded and unload. Was promised to get detention BUT when it comes to pay, you get completely silence from them. Tried to get a help from "resolution team" it was just a waste of time. ZERO stars
Not friendly at all, kinda snobbish, you would expect them to be way friendlier than they are or at least the guy I called.
