I actually called these people the day I got a case and they definitely find every reason not to help in assist you in any way possible on top of that. It took them a week to get back in touch with me so I can talk to a lawyer definitely accompany not to look towards to help you in any type of way. Going on for almost an hour. Still waiting for a call back. I keep getting "receptionists" in a foreign country. They don't know the 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th amendment. "I'm just a receptionist".
Had to give at least one star to be able to write a review. They charged our cc card without permission, we never do anything auto renew, and were not told it was set up that way. They charged our card and we contacted them when we saw it on the statement, had to listen to all the reasons to not cancel, finally husband said "enough we never agreed to this just cancel it." Terrible company. Cannot reach. Cancelled several years ago and they still just tried to bill me again. Don’t waste your money. WARNING!!!!!!
Florida member for years. Promoted them heavily...until my renewal in April. Customer service is horrible; trying to force me into new and more expensive plans by not letting me exercise existing plan without losing it Went through 2 reps trying to fight this and a month or so before I spoke with a Field Rep in person at an event and he said US Lawshield would not do that and happy customers were a priority to them. He was wrong !
