I had to use the service in 2017. I was charged in a self defense case. After 6 months I was acquitted at trial. I will probably remain a customer until I die. They took care of me exactly like explained.
I actually called these people the day I got a case and they definitely find every reason not to help in assist you in any way possible on top of that. It took them a week to get back in touch with me so I can talk to a lawyer definitely accompany not to look towards to help you in any type of way. Going on for almost an hour. Still waiting for a call back. I keep getting "receptionists" in a foreign country. They don't know the 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th amendment. "I'm just a receptionist".
