Good place to get maps! Surface status topographic maps show government land from early '80s- 1981?. This field office goes as far north as Commercial street in Willits but does have info about Little Darby area. Contact Arcata Field Office for anything north. One fire pickup in Ukiah: F-250 type 7?, B3420. My photo of the front in the rain was 4/3/2005. Think the gate in the rain was also the same date.

Apparently if you are the kind of guy that gets excited to get forestry maps, this place will accommodate you. They are in charge of managing some federal forests in this area.

Good people doing a hard job. I wish they did more outreach on use of public lands. Sometimes the rules are not clear and with a little more communications things would be better.

Very well groomed grounds and parking area.
