Nasty attitude
I drive 2 hourse to be on time They cancel my appointment without a phone call or email My appointment got cancel even i was on time Us army veteran
The staff were extremely unwelcoming and disregarded me and my family upon entry tonight. We arrived 30 minutes before closing to resolve a notice I received in the mail, and we were greeted by the security guard, who somehow manages to combine such a lack of manners with an unpleasant appearance. He told me to stop explaining my self and why I was there and to talk to someone else while he continued to sit there texting in his phone.
The IRS office in Sarasota was so helpful to me this morning after my crazy ordeal at the Tampa office on Saturday . I drove from Sarasota on 4/13 only to arrive to a parking lot full of police and an angry unruly mob. Needless to say , they closed the office very early for safety, and I had to turn around and drive back. Pist off was an understatement.
