This is simply because of the automated thingy that sucked.
Terrible first time experience. Staff is very rude and not helpful at all. Especially the gentleman in the plaid Polo shirt…..
The tax agent should be fired for being rude and incompetent. He was unable to listen due attention while I was explaining my case to him, so he was unable to assist me. He do not worry the problem. He told me to schedule another appointment in two months. It is outrageous how life is in this country.
Did a walk in, got denied even though no one else was in the office, had to make an appointment to see the office in Abilene TX, IRS agent definitely rude for no reason.
